With 30 years of professional experience in operations management and organizational development, Suzy Cummins is a proven strategic operations leader and facilitator. Exceptionally capable of motivating teams at all levels and driving improvement in productivity, goal achievement, and financial success.  Suzy understands the mechanics of designing and implementing effective metrics and reporting, and is skilled at providing insights and recommendations for waste reduction, increased profit margins and improved customer retention.
